For a balloon with an initial internal pressure equal to 250.0 kPa to naturally expand to 4 times its initial volume when the temperature remains constant and the atmospheric pressure is 101.3 kPa is not possible. because it can expand about 2.5 times because pressure is at 250/101.3 = 2.5. this calculation is enough because temperature is constant
