    A) increase Ph B) incorporated ions: Na⁺ and ClO⁻

    Explanation:

Bleach is the regular name for sodium hypochlorite (NaClO). This salt is basically composed by the cation sodium (Na⁺) and anion hypochlorite (ClO⁻), and when dissolved in water, this salt makes Ph goes above 7, this is, a basic Ph (will be increased) - have in mind that, a Ph below 7 is acid, and a Ph above 7 is basic)

This will occur since, when ClO⁻ is dissolved in water:

ClO⁻ + H2O → HClO + OH⁻ according to this reaction, the hydroxyl anion will increase the Ph of the water

Finally, when dissolving bleach in water, you will be incorporating ions Na⁺ (sodium) and ClO⁻ (hypochlorite)
