What mass of an NO2 is formed when and NO reacts with 384 g of O2

    2 NO + O2 - - > 2 NO2

    moles of Oxygen: 384g/32g/mole = 12.0 moles

    1 mole of O2 can produce 2 moles of NO2

    12.0 moles O2 x (2NO2/O2) = 24 moles of NO2

    24moles x [14.01 + (2 x 16.00) ]g/mole = 1104g NO2
