Abdul swabs one of his sister's arms with water. He swabs her other arm with rubbing alcohol.

Then he asks her to describe which feels cooler. Why is Abdul's experiment not a scientific way of testing evaporation and cooling

A. His sister's opinion is not a verifiable observation?

B. The amounts of water and alcohol are not the same?

    The amounts are not the same, he only has one test subject, the conditions aren’t the same because it’s a different arm on and possibly a different spot on the arm
