    Yes for mixtures and No for compounds.

    Explanation:

    Compounds are the species in which all components react chemically to form molecule which has a different property from constituting elements. Mixture are the species in which components do not react chemically and original properties of the components are not lost.

    The relative amounts of components of mixture can vary because the components are not chemically bonded and for example, in a mixture of iron and sulfur, we can add more sulfur power or more iron which can change the relative amounts of the components.

    On the other hand, in compounds, the relative amounts of the compounds can not vary because the components are bonded chemically. In FeS one molecule of Fe is bonded to 1 molecule of S which can not be changed.
