If the density of iron is 7.8 gram and you find an iron nail weighing 15 grams what would volume of the nail be

    If volume = weight divided by density - we already know the weight is 15 grams, and that the density is 7.8 grams. We would plug this into the formula to get 15g divided by 7.8cm3 with proper units and significant figures - we would end up with 1.92cm cubed.
