    Answer: B a group of stars that has a name

    Explanation: my best guess would be B because If u wanted to use process of elimination you can rule out A because there are constellations on the other side of the world from where you are, C because constellations are given names when found and D because if you look at the sky where I live I can easily find Orion's Belt or The Big Dipper.
