Compound C will most likely conduct electricity when dissolved in water

    Explanation:

Let's assume all the four given compounds are ionic. So, bond strength refers to ionic bond strength between cation and anions of A, B, C and D.

Higher the ionic bond strength, higher will be the lattice energy. Hence disruption of ionic bond to free cation and anion by polar water molecule will be less facile. Hence number of cations and anions in water will be smaller which results lower electrical conductivity of aqueous solution.

As compound C has lowest ionic bond strength therefore it is expected to be rapidly dissolved by water. Hence compound C will most likely conduct electricity when dissolved in water.
