Describe the energy transformation that occurs in a clock

The batteries used for clock may contain lead or whatever the batteries used. These batteries supplies energy to the clock and when the hand moves, the chemical energy is then converted to mechanical energy. The spring in the battery will be the one who will connect and conduct electricity all throughout the clock for functioning purposes.
