    Biomes is a group of ecosystems that share similar biotic and abiotic factors. Same biomes tend to occur at similar latitudes, because biomes and their development depends on the amount of sunlight. Because every similar latitude on the globe receives the same sunlight, same biomes tend to occir at similar latitudes.
