    The order here is CsF, SiC, BrCl, ClCl.

    Ionic bonding involves the transfer of valence electron/s between neighboring atoms. This bond makes two different and opposite charges. Metallic atoms usually loses an electron making then positively charged and the opposite is expected for non metals.
