A chemist wants to make 5.5 L of a 0.250 M CaCl2 solution, find the mass

    0.250 M = mol/5.5 L

    mol = (0.250) (5.5) = 1.375 mol CaCl2

    MW CaCl2 = 40 + 2*35.5 = 111 g/mol

    m CaCl2 = 1.375 * 111 = 152.625 g
