1. first connect the Bunsen burner to a rubber tube which is fixed with the gas sources
2. close the air hole of a Bunsen burner
3. allow plenty of gases to enter the Bunsen burner
4. light the Bunsen burner at the top of the chimney
5. adjust the air hole by opening untill you get a non luminous flame adjust the gas tap to obtain enough gases
