How long will it take a spaceship traveling at the speed of light to reach planet 10,000 light years away

    Firstly, one light year is 6 trillion miles away.

    This equation is totally dependent on the speed of the aircraft, but you stated the spaceship is traveling at the speed of light.

    If the space trip is traveling at lightspeed then it evens out 1 to 1.

    To travel somewhere 10,000 light years away at the speed of light would take 10,000 years!
