What is the formula of washing Soda?

    The formula of Washing Soda is (Na2CO3.10H2O). It contains two atoms of Sodium, one atom of Carbon, thirteen atoms of Oxygen and twenty atoms of Hydrogen.

    It's chemical name is Sodium Carbonate decahydrate. It is white coloured crystal which is basic in nature. So, it is called a basic salt. It turns red litmus paper into blue.
