Not including hydrogen or helium which element would you expect to bond covalently with an oxygen atom to form a two-atom molecule?

    Any element in the period of alkile earth metal cuz O has a valence electron of 6 and the alkile earth metals have V. E. of 2 which completes the octet rule ... making it covalently bond to form a 2 atom molecule ex: Lewis structure Be:O
