    The pressure of gas at ATm is calculated using ideal gas equation

    that is Pv = nRT

    P = pressure = ?

    v = volume = 2.5 l

    n = moles = 0.500moles

    T = temperature in kelvin = 25 + 273 = 298k

    R = gas constant = 0.082 l. atm/k. mol

    p is therefore = nRT/V

    p = (0.5 mol x0.082 l. atm/k. mol x298k) / (2.5l) = 4.89 atm
