A user reports that a workstation is continually rebooting. What can a technician do to stop the rebooting in order to troubleshoot?

    The technician can do the following solutions:

    a. First is to restart the workstation and see if it will reset to its original setting.

    b. Check if there are softwares or applications that are causing such malfunctions.

    c. Determine if there are viruses present that are affecting the functions of the system.

    d. Unplug and then plug again the whole system for it to fully reboot or restore its functions.
