A client's server is rebooted at the end of the work day to run updates on a program that they use. The server POSTS, but then states no operating system found. The server is running a single RAID 5 volume for both the OS and data. You very recently installed and imaging backup solution which backs up to a new USB hard drive, and the backup was successful, however the most recent backup was last night. How would you proceed to troubleshoot the issue while attempting to minimize both downtime and data loss?
