What is the difference is between "cracking" a code and "decrypting" a message?

    Cracking a code means to try and solve a code to be able to understand it while decryption is the process of transforming data that has been rendered unreadable through encryption back to its unencrypted form. Hope this answers the question. Have a nice day.
