What does the "Right-to-Know" Law require from manufacturers, importers, and distributors of chemicals?

    The "right to know" laws state that all chemicals be labeled, and that employees are made aware of the places that SDS (Safety Data Sheets) are posted. The SDS contains all the neccessary information about the chemicals, including care, storage, precautions, and uses.
