If a disgruntled employee on his/her way out puts a power-on password and also locks you out of the BIOS setup, how can you clear the password to be able to utilize the computer again?

    Remove the the small battery (cell) inside the computer named as RTC that is used to power up the BIOS circuit consist of CMOS transistors.

    In case that there is power on password on your computer that is used to lock the BIOS setup of the computer. To remove this password from the computers, there is a way that we discuss below.

    The easiest way is remove the small cell that work is power supply for the BIOS circuit. If we remove the cell, all the information that is entered by user in BIOS such as data, time and password will be removed from the ROM. Then the PC will be available for future operations.
