    The answer would be letter d, drinking hot tea during your work out. There are beverages that are advisable to drink when you're working out but a hot tea is not one of them, even though it is cold, it is not advisable to drink hot tea for it could cause effects in your body that are not appropriate, especially when you're working out. The rest of the answers are correct for wearing these clothing could protect the body from a cold day especially when working out.
