    True

    Explanation:

System life cycle includes all aspects necessary for the safe deployment of systems, serving as guidelines throughout the development process. This is because it encompasses the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems.

The detailed description of the phases in the System Life cycle is explained below:

Preliminary Phase/Feasibility study: A deep analysis is carried out on the existing system, putting the strengths and weaknesses of the system. This analysis will be used to develop a system that does all the existing system does and even better with additional functions. A feasibility report is generated and supplied to the analysis team. The report contains a detailed description of the existing system, problems discovered, objectives of the new system, some other options and so on. Analysis/Detailed system study Phase: Surveys, interviews and so on are used to discover the end user's expectations of a system to be developed and also to discover new areas to integrate into the new system that will be very vital to the end-users. These reports are analyzed and sent to the design phase. Design Phase: This phase evaluates all solutions to the system and the best solution is selected for the design. Here, all the specifications of the system are noted, i. e. the user interface, data storage, security, input and output, and other specifications. Implementation Phase: This is where the system is built using the specifics gotten from the design phase. At this stage, testing is done to ensure that the system functions properly and as documented. Maintenance Phase: Should there be any error or need for an upgrade? This phase handles all corrections to the system.
