Many more people have a Google + accounts than actually use the platform. True or false?

I would say true, not many people use it, but a lot of people have an account

This is true because as soon as you open an account on gmail, you get a G + account by default. But, since people mostly use other social media like Twitter, or Instagram, G + is not used as much, and not very many people even know about it.
