Which formula would you use to round the number in cell B5 to the nearest 10

I dont know the formula but you have to just see the number after the tens place and if its 1, 2, 3, or 4 u round down so if it were 34 it would be 30 because 30 is in the tens and if it had 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9 you round up like 38 would be 40 because its the next ten
