Insert a row above the selected row

I cants see the "Selected Road" And I cant answer this unless you put that up. Sorry.

If you want to insert a row above the selected row ... On what? Just a normal document? Then just go to the beginning of the line and press enter.

On a graph, then like right click and say insert row above, it depends on what you're using. If you could provide more information, that would be better.
