    Answer: The first time a document is saved, Microsoft word will suggest a name for the file that can be used.

    Explanation:

    - The possible extensions are shown as well that can be used to save the file

    - Authors name also appears below the extension format (i. e. which user created the file and tag option is also available). The location where the file has to be saved has to selected as well

    Shortcut to save a file for the first time is CTRL+S and the "save as" screens shows.
