    Synchronization Flag (SYN Flag) is used to make sure the examination of sequence number field on receiving side in TCP.

    Explanation:

    There is a three way handshake process between two computers in the network by using Transmission control Protocol (TCP). It consist of three flags named as Synchronization, Acknowledgment and Finish Flags.

    Out of these three flags Synchronization flag is responsible for the analysis of data sequences at receiving end.
