A sine wave is displayed on the oscilloscope. One period (horizontal distance from peak-to-peak) is 2.8 divisions with the Time Base set to 0.2 μS (microseconds) per div.

What is the period of the sine wave?

    One period is 2.8 division

    Time is set to2μS per division

    If a period is 2.8division and each time is set to be 2μS

    Then, the time or period for the whole division is

    2.8divison * 2μS per division = 5.6μS

    Then, the period of the sine wave is 5.6μs
