    C) Glare recovery time

    Explanation:

When we see a high glare object like sunlight, a light-bulb or any glared object then the lens of our eyes contracts to limit the amount of the light entering the eyes. When this sight is changed to the normal object then the eye-lens takes some time to adjust according to the light coming to the eyes. This time taken by the eye lenses to adjust according to the light entering the eyes after seeing a glared object is called Glare recovery time.

There should be a protection to the eyes before seeing high glared objects which may damage our eyes.

For example on a sunny day sun glasses protects our eyes, also a welder uses a dark colored glass shield to protect eyes from high glare.
