    C) Entropy is a property of system.

    Explanation:

Entropy is the measurement of randomness of any system. It is the property of system.

Change in entropy of reversible process will be zero but on the other hand the change in entropy of irreversible system process will greater than zero.

The Entropy of universe is the summation of entropy of system and entropy of surrounding. The entropy of universe can not be negative. It can be only zero (in case of reversible process) and greater than zero (in case of irreversible process).

So we can say that Entropy is a property of system.
