yeah. it is in fact engineers are one of the most important people in our Society today without engineers there will be no television radio or phones they wouldn't even be internet

moreover not only engineers and millionaires or billionaire's, other professions also create chances of being a millionaire it only depends on how you use your knowledge of that profession to create an opportunity for yourself
