This is the correct order for the narrative: 2, 1, 4 and 3.

Here is my version, I bet that this order of the senteces includes sensible sequence of actions. The mistake that happened during audition leads to soul-searching and understanding the problem. Then we can see a step towards solution of a problem and, finally, the result of experience.
