A better way to phrase the question is:

how does learning achieve the same goal as being another person.

learning and being a different person are very similar. they are many ways to learn something aka view the subject. every person learns differently and reacts differently to imformation. when you are learning something you are opening your eyes to the possiblity to something new. even if you are reviewing something you will see it differently years or even days later. learning changes you as a person allowing you to adapt the information you have learned and apply it to your life or take said information and store it as knowledge for a future date. if you have to become a new person for lets say day you will have to adjust to the simple nuance and it will affect you greatly such as body stucture, metal campasisty, phisical strength, and emotional stamina. and energy levels. not even dealling with surrondings or personality. learnign causes you to look out and leave your comfort zone so that you can grow, become something new, gain insite, and much more.
