The question is asking In which one of the following sentences does the subject come after the verb? In the first sentence, the subject is "you" and the verb is "find" so the subject is before the verb. In the second sentence, the subject is "CD" and the verb is "is", but "is" is before the CD - so this is the correct answer! Generally, in questions the verb comes before the subject.
