Define and explain the difference between common nouns and proper nouns (and give an example of each)

    A common noun is a vague individual, spot, or thing. For instance, canine, young lady, and nation are instances of common noun. whereas, proper noun names a particular individual, spot, or thing example : Sydney, Toyota etc.

    A common noun names objects or concepts.
