The phrase dances with the daffodils as per usage of William Wordsworth means that he has to go out to the fields every time he feels happy and that the memory of the daffodils can make him happy. Furthermore, happiness is a state of mind and never really real and there is no way to be truly happy if there is no flower nearby.
