The dialogues of Mrs. Pringle, 'Caught in a snowdrift - can't get another car?

    Explanation:

Mrs. Pringle wants men to know that her daughter is available and arranges for a party. But one by one refuses to come to the party. She has a sense of humor and says she would give anything for Prince of Whales when the people have lost their hearts to him. When she receives a phone call from Mrs. Sedgwick that she couldn't attend the party, Mrs. Pringle tells her daughter delightfully that the widow will not attend. Immediately she orders Dunham to remove two plates. But she acts as if she is really heartbroken and asks her to try if she could attend the party.
