In Act 2, Lady Macbeth mean by "That which hath made them drunk hath made me bold" is B) Lady Macbeth feels more brave because of the wine she drank.

    Explanation:

In the play 'Macbeth', by William Shakespeare, Lady Macbeth is a merciless lady who planned to murder the king and even persuades her husband in doing so.

She gives alcohol to Duncan's guards with poison mixed in it. Once she gave poison to them, she felt braver and more confident than before as they will not be able to save their king as they would die with the poison they drank. Though the irony is that at the end she kills herself even after their plan was successful.
