Who is the MOST to blame for the tragedies in The Great Gatsby? Explain.

    Daisy. She had a manipulative way of character throughout the entire development of the book. WIthout realising it, she caused strife between many different people and her somewhat evolving love for Gatsby was also a major plot thickener as she would never admit her fantasy.
