    Voters determine the officials that are going to rule the government in the different branches such as the Executive, the Legislative and the Judicial. Voters have to be very conscious that expressing their ideas through voting is a right, a responsiblity, and a privilege because not all countries are democracies and they can't elect their officials through voting.
