    Intoxicated

    Explanation:

Alcohol intoxication is a temporary condition caused by alcohol consumption. Symptoms such as increased sense of well-being and social confidence, or rapid heartbeat may occur even with low blood alcohol levels. With increasing levels of alcohol in the blood, symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, changes in speech or loss of control over body movements may occur, leaving the person without the normal use of mental or physical powers.

In severe cases, alcohol intoxication causes coma and even death. Alcohol poisoning is usually treated with fluid administration. People who have mild to moderate poisoning usually recover well, although they may suffer from the so-called hangover, with symptoms of headache, nausea and vomiting for 1 or 2 days.
