    The Given Satirical excerpt is: "Those who are more thrifty (as I must confess the times require) may flea the carcass; the skin of which, artificially dressed, will make admirable gloves for ladies, and summer boots for fine gentlemen."

    Answer:

    There were great difficulties faced by the Europeans in the era after wars happened and most of there resources went to the war industry, as there was less luxury left for the British people to live with, along with that the system itself was economically and socially shattered due to huge amount of investment in the world war. There were more job less people due to lack of industries to work in and more people were dependent upon the agricultural industry. And there were many people inside the region who wanted to leave the region in order to find more jobs for them selves and send the money back to England to develop there families infrastructure both financially and socially. As, due to the financial crisis inside the region England faced some hard times both economically and lead the whole situation into a socially weak community inside the region. As, he believes England is facing difficult economic times. There were less number of people who were able to have the luxuries of life and most of population were living inside a very underprivileged inside the region.
