    Plates push each other in the opposite directions to form what is called transform boundaries. As they want to know what it describes that. In my opinion the answers are

    Plates slide in opposite directions.

    Plates move toward each other

    Faults form in the lithosphere.

    Correct me if im wrong.

    Divergent boundaries are areas where plates move away from each other, forming either mid-oceanic ridges or rift valleys. These are also known as constructive boundaries. Convergent boundaries are areas where plates move toward each other and collide.
