    - It might make sense or not, placing power on the hands of one individual, depending on the situation and the type of power.

    Explanation:

    Power at individual level makes sense when the consequences coming out of actions derived from the power affect only the individual. But in the case that the actions from the exercise of that power affect a number of individuals, then, it shall not make sense to place power on a single individual. Give an example of state power, its actions affect the life of the whole population within a state, it is therefore a collective responsibility to regulate power in a state and its actions. In such a case, it leads to authoritarian rule which is negative.
