The average working age of the immigrants immigrating to the United States falls in the category of young working adults (18-35). This has been affecting the economy by decreasing the number of dependents and also by increasing the competition in employment.

    Explanation:

The number of immigrated employees who are in the age group of 18-35 has been increasing in the corporate sector of the United States. Hence, the plethora of working and earning population of the United States has been increasing constantly, decreasing the average number of dependents. The young working adults immigrating to the United States have also contributed to the increased competition in the corporate sector making it more merit-based.
