    The Full Moon

    Explanation:

The smaller the magnitude number, the brighter the object. The full Moon has an apparent magnitude of - 12.6, and when Mars is at its brightest in the night sky, its apparent magnitude is + 2.0.

It would be the moon. Because even though you can't see the Sun, it's light reflects off the moons surface, which a gray/white. Which is why it's shines like it does. The moon is also much closer than Mars. And mars is mostly red, which doesn't reflect nearly as much light
