    They include the impact of the Treaty of Versailles following WWI, the worldwide economic depression, failure of appeasement, the rise of militarism in Germany and Japan, and the failure of the League of Nations.

    Basically Unfair treatment of the axis before ww2, German loss of ww1 and its humiliation. Europeans (allies) Thought japan was inferior to them. Italy sacrificed a lot in ww1 and got very little territory.

    Explanation:

    Depression didnt really hit fascist Italy but germany was hit.
