Basically, Coahuiltecan has a lot of unique customs. First, they have religious rituals where they gather and dance. These rituals are usually led by the Coahuiltecan's shaman.
Furthermore, the Coahuiltecans also gather at night to dance which is called mitotes. During mitotes, they eat peyote in order to attain a half-conscious state.
The Coahuiltecans are considered as friendly people but, they can also be war-like.
